After numerous attempts to figure out…
After numerous attempts to figure out why my products wouldn’t ship and dealing with two previous employees, I finally got my products shipped after 2 and a half weeks. “Gainz” Garrett was the only person who seemed to understand what he was doing and got everything figured out. Unfortunately after my experiences previously, a product came damaged which was extremely frustrating. I happened to deal with Garrett again and he sent a new product out right away. It’s been a pleasure dealing with him, despite my disappointment in the company.

I was online placing an order and had some problems with the discount codes I called your customer service number and mighty Millie helped me thru the process to get my order placed and my discounts applied. I so very much appreciated her customer service skills and her willingness to help me thru the situation and get everything done in a quick and professional manner - I would hope to talk to her every time that I might need to call for customer service! I placed an order on the 12th June
I placed an order on the 12th June. After contacting bodybuilding.com numerous times and being told to wait a few days, the tracking will update, i contacted DHL to find out the parcel never arrived at their depot. This is despite the order being shown as fulfilled on the bodybuilding website. There is no one to get hold of and no response. Ive had to chase this order around and also go out and buy different products in the mean time. All the while i'm over £100 out of pocket with no products.

I had ordered some masks but I never got them…I emailed customer support and got an email pretty quickly. I figured I’d have to buy them again or pay shipping at least but they sent me another order.! Ian’s they were super friendly. Love em.!
Mighty Millie to the Rescue!
I bought supplements from Bodybuilding.com only to have the shipment get damaged. Thankfully, Mighty Millie was there to assist me! What I enjoyed the most about our interaction was that, on top of getting my supplements reshipped out with expediated shipping, Mighty Millie noticed there was a promotion that wasn't applied to my order and then refunded me that amount!

I love intelligent conversation about something that I love doing, training.. Mighty Millie always goes above and beyond and I feel like I've increased in knowledge about subject matter which I thought I always knew more about. I have actually called and asked for her before because I wanted to speak with her more than other reps. First I would like to start out with saying how thankful and grateful I was to have been given the upmost best customer service ever, from Bodybuilding.com Rep. Mighty Millie.
I was having a very difficult time with one of my 3 items that I ordered. Which was Amino Energy + Electrolytes Hydration Drink (watermelon flavor). Was trying to order 3 cases and the site was only allowing me to order 1 case. There wasn’t any explanation explaining why it wasn’t letting me order a quantity of 3. So, when I called Bodybuilding.com, Mighty Millie, while trying to figure out the problem she had her supervisor look into it too. They both couldn’t find any reason why the site wouldn’t allow me a quantity of 3.
Mighty Millie, never gave up on me. With her due diligence she decided since I had put so much time into this. She gave me a discount with a gift card.
There should always be reps like her. She is the best when it comes to knowing how to help the customers. She’s very friendly, courteous, patient and extremely helpful. Thank you very much. Highly recommend this company when it comes to customer service.
